Pinot Noir. The heartbreak grape, tasted from Italy, South Africa, and its homeland in Burgundy.
Riesling. Italy, BC, and Australia in the mix, moving from bright and electric to layered and powerful.
South Africa Chenin Blanc. The country’s signature grape, shown from fresh and vibrant to serious and age-worthy by the people defining it today.
Each flight is poured by the producers, who rotate through your table and lead the tasting as you move through all three in sequence.
